Description

The Flowtech Z-5625 PSU inline rotameter provides direct visual measurement of clean-water flow from 5-50 L/min. Its polysulphone metering tube and union-ended construction provide a durable, power-free flow indication solution for water-treatment and process systems.

Installation guidance

  • Install vertically with the inlet below the outlet.
  • Use fittings and sealing methods compatible with the ¾-inch NPT female thread.
  • Support adjoining pipework so that no mechanical load is transferred to the meter body.
  • Open valves gradually to avoid pressure shock and sudden float impact.
  • Confirm material and seal compatibility before use with liquids other than clean water.

Selection guidance

This meter is calibrated for water. Select a range that places normal operation within the middle section of the scale. Fluid density and viscosity can affect readings with other liquids.
