The H2O Warehouse 3-Stage 20-Inch Big Blue Stainless Steel Filtration System with 65W WONDER® UV Steriliser is a premium point-of-entry water treatment system designed for whole-house, rainwater, borehole and light commercial applications. It combines high-capacity mechanical and carbon filtration with chemical-free UV disinfection in one complete product.

The filtration unit uses a durable black powder-coated stainless-steel frame, three grey double-O-ring Big Blue housings and premium DARLLY sediment cartridges. The separate WONDER® HC-800 65W UV steriliser provides the final disinfection stage at flow rates of up to 3,024 litres per hour, subject to water quality and operating conditions.

Filtration Stages

1. Stage 1 – DARLLY 5-Micron PP Sediment Cartridge: captures sand, silt, rust and larger suspended particles.
2. Stage 2 – Premium 800 mg/g Carbon Block Cartridge: reduces chlorine, unpleasant taste, odour and selected organic contaminants.
3. Stage 3 – DARLLY 1-Micron PP Sediment Cartridge: provides final particulate polishing before UV treatment.
4. Stage 4 – 65W WONDER® HC-800 UV Steriliser: exposes clear, pre-filtered water to germicidal UV-C light for chemical-free microbial control.

Installation and Maintenance

• Install the UV steriliser after the three-stage filtration unit so only clear, pre-filtered water enters the UV chamber.
• Use a qualified plumber and provide isolation valves, unions and suitable interconnecting pipework.
• Replace the cartridges approximately every six months, or sooner where pressure loss or water quality indicates.
• Replace the UV lamp annually and inspect or clean the quartz sleeve during routine servicing.
• Use surge protection and install the UV control box in a dry, moisture-protected location.

Important Product Notes

• The filtration unit and UV steriliser form one complete product but are packaged separately for safe transport.
• The stated 615 × 200 × 770 mm dimensions apply to the three-stage filtration unit only and exclude the separately packaged UV steriliser.
• The UV lamp and quartz sleeve are fragile and are not pre-installed for transport.
• Interconnecting plumbing between the filtration unit and UV steriliser is not included unless specifically stated.
• UV performance depends on clear water, correct flow, a clean quartz sleeve and a functioning lamp. Additional pre-treatment may be required for water containing elevated sediment, colour, iron, manganese or turbidity.
