AFM® (Activated Filter Media) by Dryden Aqua is an engineered glass filtration media that delivers industry-leading performance in swimming pool, aquarium, and water treatment applications. Manufactured from green and brown recycled glass, it undergoes a patented activation process that gives it a hydrophobic, bio-resistant surface, providing superior filtration down to submicron levels while resisting bacterial growth and biofilm formation.

AFM® significantly outperforms both silica sand and conventional glass media, offering improved water clarity, reduced chlorine demand, and longer media life. It is certified for potable water, public swimming pools, and industrial systems across the globe.
