Important Product Update

Please note that the manufacturer has updated the design of the replacement cartridges supplied for the 800GPD Reverse Osmosis System.

The original cartridges featured a proprietary moulded end fitting with O-rings, whereas the current manufacturer-approved replacement cartridges utilise an industry-standard Double Open Ended (DOE) design.

This design change does not affect compatibility, performance, filtration efficiency or operation of the system. The cartridges supplied are the current approved replacement cartridges specified by the manufacturer for use in the 800GPD RO system.

The updated DOE design aligns the system with internationally recognised filtration standards and allows for greater cartridge compatibility and availability.

If you are replacing older cartridges and notice a visual difference, this is normal and expected.
